IOC intelligent electric actuator

Rotoc IQC intelligent electric actuator is an automatic equipment for local and remote electric control of various valves or dampers. It is composed of torque motor, mechanical transmission structure, handwheel, terminal block and control circuit. SoC technology, large screen LCD display technology and digital sensing technology are adopted. All control and force conduction devices are sealed in a double sealed waterproof shell with standard IP68. The actuator displays the torque, valve position, limit setting and other working states and alarms of the actuator in Chinese, digital and graphic forms. The handheld infrared setter can be used for non-invasive and rapid setting, inspection and query, which is convenient for users. With automatic protection function and explosion-proof function, even in dangerous areas, adjustment, parameter inspection and fault diagnosis can be carried out without opening the electrical box cover of the actuator in operation. The fieldbus communication card can form a fully distributed computer cooperative work system to realize remote data acquisition, remote communication, remote diagnosis and maintenance.
